ON THE WAY

Presentation is Over, it Tiger time.

Today we did the presentation for leadership, overall i think its ok, but i somehow screw up something, i've forgotten one sentence in the skit, oops hope the teacher did not find out.
This CDS was rater dry, but overall i don't understand everything, but the essence is what i can absorb which are DISC,Gung Ho, and the one that i like most; Who move my cheese.

ITS the last presentation, and i'm going to really wake up and start revising later on by reallying complete my accounts tutorial, the first in this sem that i did my tutorial.

I'm still quite quiet in my class, its my personality, but i do know what is happening. some conflict is going on, there is actually no who's right or who's wrong. it depends on hersey and blandchard situation theory. depends on the readiness of the followers, and the leader will use the correct style to tackle it. i think the follower is R3: able but unwilling or insecure but the leader uses s1: telling . which i think is all wrong. It can be further supported with the personality profile which i'm not going to elaborate, because i'm not so sure.
